Santi Roggio is currently the Head Concierge of the Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina, part of the Belmond Hotel group, and President of the “Chiavi d’Oro” FAIPA Sicilia association. After completing his hospitality studies in Catania, he built his career with prestigious hotels, including the Sheraton Catania and the San Domenico Palace in Taormina.
He will teach within the Luxury Hotel Hospitality course, specifically in the Art of Guest welcome module.
The goal of his subject, The Keys to Success, is to provide students with specialised knowledge of the Concierge profession, calling on the expertise gained throughout his career. Students will learn how to build meaningful relationships with guests, assist them in emergency situations, and contribute to maintaining the highest standard of safety and professionalism within a luxury hotel environment.
During the lessons, Santi Roggio will guide students through every aspect of the concierge role — from luggage assistance to the use of tools and software essential to deliver exceptional custom care.
