Margherita Zambuco, President of the Italian Housekeepers Association, is deeply committed to the training and development of hospitality professionals. She previously served as Executive Housekeeper at Hotel Eden in Rome, part of the Dorchester Collection.
At the Italian Luxury Hospitality Academy, she will teach three subjects within the "Guest Care excellence" module: "A Home Away from Home," "Order and Disorder,” and "Suite."
These subjects are designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to understand the operations and management of the Housekeeping department, with particular emphasis on the use of management software and effective coordination between the various hotel departments.
