One of the training programmes offered by our Academy is Luxury Dining & Service in Luxury Hotel Hospitality.
Within this programme, you can choose between two specialised modules or attend both:
Culinary Arts and the Art of Luxury Service.
In addition to these two specialised modules, the programme includes three core areas of study designed to help each student each discover, develop, and maximize their individual talents and potential.
Upon complention of the programme, students will undertake a paid internship at one of the Academy’s prestigious partner hotels, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
The next edition of the programme will start in October 2026, and applications are open until 15 September 2026.
