One of the training programmes offered by our Academy is Luxury Hotel Hospitality. Within this course, you can choose between two specialised modules or attend both.
"Guests Care excellence" is the module dedicated to the operation and management of the Housekeeping Department, providing specialised knowledge of the Butler profession.
This module prepares students for positions as Housekeeping Manager or Butler.
The subjects covered in this module include:
- A Home Away from Home
- Suites
- Disorder and Order
- I Take Care of You: The Butler
In addition to the two specialised modules, the programme includes three core areas of study designed to help each student identify, develop, and make the most of their natural talents and abilities.
At the end of the course, students will undertake a six‑month paid internship at one of the Academy’s prestigious partner hotels.
